The WRITS AIBE XXII Mock Test Series is a comprehensive online preparation programme designed to help aspiring advocates strengthen their legal knowledge, assess their examination readiness, and improve their performance. The series includes Previous-Year Question Papers from AIBE III to AIBE XXI (2012–2026) along with specially designed full-length mock tests, offering candidates an opportunity to familiarise themselves with examination patterns, practise important legal concepts, and build confidence through structured preparation. The previous-year papers have been compiled and adapted exclusively for educational and practice purposes. Certain questions that were withdrawn, deleted, found to contain discrepancies, or affected by subsequent legal developments may have been corrected, modified, substituted, or omitted. Minor changes in wording, formatting, and answer options have also been made to improve clarity, maintain uniformity, and ensure compatibility with our online examination platform. Consequently, the adapted papers may differ from the original examinations. The answer keys and explanations provided are suggestive in nature and intended to facilitate learning and self-assessment. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure accuracy, occasional inadvertent discrepancies, differences in legal interpretation, or subsequent changes in law may affect certain answers or explanations. I understand that if I violate the portal instructions, including the instruction not to switch screens or tabs, the exam portal may automatically lock me out of the test. I understand that in such cases, I may lose access to the ongoing test unless permitted back by the admin. I further understand that admin support for permitting re-entry into the exam will be available only during WRITS working hours, and if I am locked out outside working hours, immediate re-entry will not be possible. I agree that WRITS shall not be responsible for any loss of time, inability to continue the test, incomplete submission, loss of attempt, reduced marks, or any other consequence caused due to my violation of portal instructions or screen-switching restrictions. Portal Access Validity Declaration *
I understand that access to the WRITS Mock Test Portal will be available only till the day of the AIBE XXII examination or 29th November 2026, whichever is later. I also understand that after this period, all access to the portal, mock tests, answer keys, explanations, and related materials will be withdrawn.
